Doctor was rude and offered medication I am not even allowed to take as I am acceptable to blood clots. Doctor was also very rude and spoke is a horrible tone.

Have better more qualified doctors? Doctors who are kind and compassionate and understanding.

if we have to be on time for our appointment then the staff should at least keep theres.

My doctor in room 11 jezi i dont think his name i spelled right was amazing and very understanding and respectful amazing wish all docs were likw him

I needed to be seen and checked and was.

I was informed they were short staffed and the reason I came down was cause ok the booking link all the dates were greyed out. So I think looking at the booking system to make it more fair for others or to address the short staff issue that contributes to 1-3 hours waiting times

Absolutely outstanding service from the NHS.

I had to google about the active sex time frame and more about the infection that they picked up today but given how busy they were it was understandable

The care I received was absolutely brilliant! I was treated with dignity. The Doctor was extremely professional. There was a human element to my care ie, I did not feel or treated as if I was just a number. It was an interactive conversation. It’s the best care I’ve ever received across the NHS!

It was perfect. I can not complain.
